 Megan Broughton

Pre-school Manager / Safeguarding Lead / SENCO

Working with children is the most rewarding job. I love to see the children develop, I am so passionate about Early Years and believe all children should have the same opportunities, I thrive to make that happen for them all. I am a Mum of 2 girls, in my spare time I spend time with my family and go to the gym. I am also studying a Psychology Degree.

Paige Burden

Deputy Manager / Owls Lead Practitioner / Deputy Safeguarding Lead / Deputy SENCO

I have worked in various childcare settings for over 9 years and I love how rewarding the job is. Every day brings something different and it’s a privilege to be able to play a part in children’s learning and development. Outside of work I spend lots of time with my family and friends, enjoy baking cakes, listening to music and binge-watching TV shows!

Nicky Hill

Robins Lead Practitioner/Third in charge

I love working with children because it’s rewarding and varied. You get so much back from the children and watching them grow and learn new skills puts a smile on my face. One of my favourite things do with the children is messy play and arts and crafts. I’m a mum of 2 young children so when I do get any time it’s spent playing badminton, ‘hinching’ the house and creating memories with the children.

Sandra Nicholas

Although I’m not in the rooms for most of the time, I really enjoy spending time with the children at lunch times, hearing their conversations and seeing them develop and change over the time they are with us. I am proud to be part of our pre-school and enjoy the busy role of finance and ratios. I am a mum to two young children who keep me busy chauffeuring them to their various activities. In my spare time I enjoy family days out and regularly do Zumba.

It is lovely to see them grow before they go off to ‘big school’. In my spare time I like to take my daughter out and explore different places and enjoy reading.

Abbie Norris

Early Years Practitioner – Robins

I have been working in childcare for 13 years, working in a wide range of settings with children aged 3 months to 5 years. I have two young boys of my own, one is in Owls and the other one in Robins. I love working with children, watching them develop and grow into their own little characters. Knowing I have helped to have a big impact on such an early and important stage of their life is very rewarding. In our spare time we love to visit family, go on long walks, and have fun at the parks and soft play.
