 Megan Broughton

Pre-school Manager / Safeguarding Lead / SENCO

Working with children is the most rewarding job. I love to see the children develop, I am so passionate about Early Years and believe all children should have the same opportunities, I thrive to make that happen for them all. I am a Mum of 2 girls, one who attends the Pre-School and the other is in secondary School. In my spare time I spend time with my family and go to the gym. I am also studying a Psychology Degree.

Paige Burden

Deputy Manager / Owls Lead Practitioner / Safeguarding Lead / Deputy SENCO (Currently on Maternity Leave)

I have worked in various childcare settings for over 9 years and I love how rewarding the job is. Every day brings something different and it’s a privilege to be able to play a part in children’s learning and development. Outside of work I spend lots of time with my family and friends, enjoy baking cakes, listening to music and binge-watching TV shows!

Nicky Hill

Acting Deputy Manager / Robins Lead Practitioner

I love working with children because it’s rewarding and varied. You get so much back from the children and watching them grow and learn new skills puts a smile on my face. One of my favourite things do with the children is messy play and arts and crafts. I’m a mum of 2 young children so when I do get any time it’s spent playing badminton, ‘hinching’ the house and creating memories with the children.

Sandra Nicholas

Administrator

Although I’m not in the rooms for most of the time, I really enjoy spending time with the children at lunch times, hearing their conversations and seeing them develop and change over the time they are with us. I am proud to be part of our pre-school and enjoy the busy role of finance and ratios. I am a mum to two young children who keep me busy chauffeuring them to their various activities. In my spare time I enjoy family days out and regularly do Zumba.
